We celebrated my Papa's 80th birthday this weekend and had so much fun. He was very surprised and the whole thing was pretty emotional. Papa had lots of friends and family there and the day was beautiful. I will put some pictures on here and then some videos later. Happy Birthday Papa, We love you!

Not only do we live with a dancing princess but we also now live with a binkie thief! Our new dog Scooter swipes Noah's binkie whenever he gets a chance. He will even go up and take them out of his mouth. After he gets the binkie he runs like crazy and hides so no one can find him. Last night Chad almost body slammed the living room floor trying to catch the quick little sucker. Needless to say Noah is not too crazy about the new dog.

As many of you know Thumper ran off with another dog and never found his way back home. We since have found out that a family found him and he was adopted out to another family with kids. That being said, Chad could not resist the temptation to buy a new dog for Cam. So here we are with another new dog!

Yesterday Noah turned eight months old. It is hard to believe, some days it feels like it has been forever and other days it seems like he was just born yesterday. Every one tells you that kids are so different and it is so true. Noah is so different than Cam, he is such a little cuddle bug and wants to be near us all the time. He is interested in the small things in life, he is always picking at something. He loves his sister so much and will watch her forever. We are so blessed to have happy and healthy kids. Cameryn and I were playing a game with Noah this morning and he was laughing so hard. By the time I got the camera the effect had worn off a little but he still managed to pull out a few good laughs!

Well we are finally home! Colorado was a great family vacation and I have TONS of pictures to share. The kids did great considering it took 14 hours to get there. They rode in their car seats for the majority of the vacation because we were in the Rhino for over 40 hours. We rode for 5 days and went everywhere. Cameryn loved it and never once complained. Noah slept the majority of the vacation because the Rhino puts him to sleep. We made it to the top of 4 different mountains and the views were breath taking. I hope you enjoy all of our footage!

When we FINALLY made it to Aspen this was the first thing Cameryn saw and she just had to do it.

Cameryn continues to surprise me with how accepting she is of her brother. Everyone warned me that she would be jealous and it would be an adjustment. She LUCKILY has been the exact opposite, she is so helpful and thinks her brother is pretty darn neat. I am waiting to see if the jealousy strikes when he becomes a walking/talking little man. For now we are good and they BOTH light up my life!

AWESOME GOD

Cam had a great week of VBS, she went non stop for a week. Nothing fills my heart more than to see my little girl singing songs of praise to God. This was one of her favorite songs from the week, it was also one of my favorites from church camp when I was a kid. Hope you all in enjoy. She is the one in the middle with the yellow dress on.

Noah has become a "backyardigan" fan sooner than I expected!

We had so much fun at the Omaha Zoo. The kids loved the gorillas! Here our some pics of our mini vacation. Have a good one!

Well the summer is here and it is HOT! Cameryn is going to turn into a fish because she is in the pool non stop. We are getting ready to leave for Omaha tomorrow, we are going to go to the zoo and stay with my cousins. Then when we get back Cam starts VBS for a week. After that we leave for Colorado for a week to go camping in the mountains. We will be home for a week and then we leave for Disney World!!! Cam is so excited, our summer is going to fly by from here on out. Have a great week, here are some summer pictures of the kids.

Cameryn got to spend a couple of days with her Grandma Patsy earlier this week. She had lots of fun playing with the animals. Here are some pictures that Patty sent me.

We took our first trip to the lake for the summer this past weekend. We all went to Truman Lake and took the campers. It was good to get away and to watch the kids having fun in the lake. Needless to say Noah wasn't crazy about the water but he LOVED the boat, it put him right to sleep! Cameryn and Addy had a blast and were sad to go. It was a good family trip with plenty of memories made. Have a great week!

Cameryn was in one of my best friend's wedding a couple of weeks ago. She loved being dressed up and she STILL wears the dress around the house EVERYDAY!
Noah is feeling better, thank you for your prayers!

Please pray for Noah. He was admitted into the hospital Tuesday night because of dehydration. He had been throwing up out both ends for almost six straight days. He was still as happy as can be through the whole thing. Putting him the hospital was horrible, they couldn't find a vein to put the IV in because his arms are so chubby (imagine that)! I had to leave the room because I was crying as hard as he was. It has been a pretty exhausting week for Chad and I, not to mention Cameryn is not getting near the attention she is used to. Please pray for our family especially Noah. We hope he is completely done with throwing up. I am going to try and attach a picture of Noah at the hospital with the IV in his arm. Thanks for the prayers!

I am finally a stay at home mom and loving it!

I am so lucky to have sisters. I took them for granted for so many years, now I have realized how important they are to me. They are two of my favorite people to be around. They don't judge me, they just love me. They both have so much to offer and I am very lucky to be a part of their lives, thank you Stacie and Kellie!

Most people dread Mondays, not me! Actually it is one of my favorite days, because I know when I get done working I get to have dinner with my family. We started this tradition last year and it has been the best thing we have done as a family. Last night we got to eat on Stacie and Kellie's deck for the first time, Joel just got done building it. We had a great time, especially Noah, he ate his first REAL dinner...sweet potatoes! Cameryn and Addy had fun playing in the dirt. I included some pictures of the evening, have a great week!

This weekend was my sister, Kellie's graduation party. We are all so proud of what she has done. School was long and hard for her but she made it. I wish I had pictures of Saturday night, especially when she received the truck from Jason!


My other sister, Stacie is also such a hard worker. She has moved up in her banking job and some day I know I will see her as a VP of a lucky bank.


I am so lucky to have the family that I have, I am not sure what I would do without them!
