This weekend was another busy one. It seems like every fall things get busier and busier. Friday night we went to the Kearney football game in Lees Summit and Noah got to wear his new shirt. On the front in says, "I want to be a bulldog just like my Dad" and on the back it says, "Shanks 62" For those of you who know Chad well you know that he loves to brag about his days on the high school football field. He is always saying , "Number 62 Baby!" We have had to watch the videos of his playing days several times. Needless to say Chad was proud but embrassed by Noah's shirt. He looked really cute though. Cameryn and Addy wore their cheerleader outfits and danced throughout the entire game! They are so cute with each other.
Saturday morning the kids and I got up and went to the Cannonball Parade and Carnival in Holt. Cameryn had a blast running from ride to ride. She filled up on snow cones and cotton candy. I forgot my camera so I didn't get any pics.
Saturday night we all loaded up the camper and headed up to the church. We had a church camp out, which Cameryn LOVED! We ate dinner, went on a hayride, roasted marshmallows, and sang around the fire. We got to hang out with our friends Troy and Shelly which we haven't seen in awhile. Cameryn had so much fun running and playing with all the kids. She loved being on the hayride, who knew you could take a hayride right through the middle of town!!
All in all our weekend was busy but full of more memories.
